I worked on this logo under Paragraf, what came first on my mind is a thought of ‘achieving’, after read the brief from Gaby Schilders; that the business tagline is ‘Your desire to change must be bigger than your desire to stay the same’. SPIKAP! taken from the ‘Speak Up’; which in Bahasa, local people spell it ‘Spikap’. Naming for Gaby seems like to distinguish her business from any of similar training and development business. Simple, easy to pronounce and very friendly for local people in Indonesia. SPIKAP! target audience mostly are playgroup/ kindergarten teacher, to help them well-communicated, body language, etc. And that’s why the logo should convey something playful, too.
